First of all, MCR is on MTV, yes.. but they're not on MTV as much as Fall Out Boy. FOB is shit music, MCR is not. MCR is not more poppy than FOB, maybe if Scott Ian had heard their older albums, he would have thought differently.

i agree with anyone who hates MCR i had respect for them with there last album cz it had ounces of rock in it.bt i was anoyyed when they let out the black parade . i am also anoyed at the Kerrang mag cz they have gone from bands like iron maiden metallica anthrax ETc. to all the sell out bands that are on the radio eg. my chemical romance. they never play bands like slayer on there channel they just do a loop of crap bands like gymclass heroes thats rap int it nt rock

I admit their first album was OK but it's a bit of an overstatement to say they 'Rock' when they are nothing more than a commercialised pile of horse wank. I don't mean to cause offense to anyone here but it really pisses me off that due to the 'joys' that is MCR, many truely talented musicians aren't getting the recognition they deserve as they have been thrown into the shadows of MCR.

Bands like NIN, Muse, AFI,Biffy Clyro etc etc are ignored because people are too obsessed by a TEEN POP band who can't even write their own music. If MCR aren't stealing riffs, prgessions and sequences from the likes of Queen then they are releasing singles like 'Teenagers' which is a blatent rip off of Bugsy Malone! 'Teenagers scare the living shit out of me?' Lyrical genius that! Who ever branded Gerrard as a great lyricist/musician or whatever was clearlt deluded.

They anger me.
