If you listned to sparkle lounge, it makes mince meat out of fruity music like my chem, lost prophets, sure leppard may have pop sensabilities but this albums pretty heavy!! and thats now thats without all the classic songs they have written in the past which is what this award is for and rightly so! congrats boys!! oh yeah before you say i listen to fruity music i listen to thrash from megadeth to evile to slayer, iron maiden are gods, preist rule as do saxon and motorhead, queen and rush black sabbath and pantera, but you gotta enjoy the lighter side to life as well as the darker stuff. Come on and calm down now. Def Leppard are a great rock band and have been for years. They rock and they know how to write songs. Yes they have been through some tragedys but have survived.They are the best. I have been a fan for over 25 years and I have been to several concerts. They are great.They deserve this award. Now to get them in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Rock on....
